Potable water onsite, as well as flushie- and porta- biffies.

Site is wet-friendly. Please use your period containers.

This is a dog friendly site. As usual, please pick up after your pets.

This is also a kid friendly site, as there is a Playground!!  Yay!!

Use of braziers or the existing fire pits on site is totally OK! No ground fires, though. Depending on fire restrictions, of course.
And please ensure you have your extinguishing devices near to hand when using open fires (e.g. big bucket of sand or at least 8L water). Safety first!

Gloriously tall, shady evergreen trees to camp amongst!!  But no RV hookups.

 

There are several grocery stores on the way to site, but be advised that they close by 9pm.

 

Site opens 4pm Friday and closes 3pm Sunday

 

Directions:

From the South (Vancouver, etc): Make your best way to Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal (West Vancouver), and sail to Langdale terminal (Gibsons). Continue on Highway 101/Sunshine Coast Highway for about an hour towards Madeira Park. Shortly past the PetroCan gas station and Pender Harbour Elementary/Secondary school, Lions Club Park will be on your right-hand side.

From the North: Make your best way to Saltery Bay ferry terminal (Powell River), and sail to Earl’s Cove terminal (Egmont). Continue on Highway 101/Sunshine Coast Highway for about 15 minutes. Shortly past the Pender Harbour Golf Club, the Lions Club Park will be on your left-hand side.
